CILANTRO LIME SALAD DRESSING
INGREDIENTS: 4 CLOVES CRUSHED GARLIC, 2 TBS GRATED FRESH GINGER, 1 TBS HONEY, 2 TBS LIME JUICE, 2 TBS FRESH CILANTRO, 1/4 CUP BALSAMIC VINEGAR, 1/2 TSP SALT & PEPPER, 1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL, 1/8 CUP FIG BALSAMIC
PUT IT ALL IN A BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR
