MORNING PROTEIN SHAKE



 INGREDIENTS: 16.9 ounce coconut water, ice, 1 frozen banana, 12 strawberries, 1 scoop collagen peptides, 1/3 cup gluten free Quaker oats, 1 heaping scoop vanilla whey protein powder.

If you need more liquid, add some water!
