SAUTEED LOBSTERINGREDIENTS: 2 FROZEN LOBSTER TAILS THAWED AND CUT IN CHUNKS. 1 LEMON, 8 GARLIC CLOVES CHOPPED FINE, 1/2 TEASPOON SALT, 1 TSP PEPPER & BASIL, 1/4 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE, 3 TBS BUTTER AND 2 TBS OLIVE OIL.
SAUTE THE GARLIC IN THE BUTTER AND OIL UNTIL SOFT (ABOUT 3-5 MINUTES) ADD EVERYTHING ELSE INCLUDING THE JUICE OF THE LEMON AND COOK ON HIGH UNTIL DONE. MINE TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES!
