MEDITERRANEAN GREEN BEANSINGREDIENTS: 1 chopped shallot, 6 cloves chopped garlic, 4 tbs olive oil, 1 pound green beans, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 cup chicken stock,1 cup chopped tomatoes
Sauté the shallot and garlic in the olive oil for 5 minutes. Add everything else, mix thoroughly, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 20-30 minutes.
