INGREDIENTS: 1/2 CUP SHERRY VINEGAR, 1 DICED SHALLOT, 1 TBS DIJON, 1 TBS HONEY, 3/4 CUP OLIVE OIL, 1/2 TSP SALT AND PEPPER, 2 CLOVES CRUSHED GARLIC

MIX EVERYTHING AND LET SIT FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR.
