LEMON RICE
INGREDIENTS: 11/2 CUPS JASMINE RICE, 4 TBS OLIVE OIL, 6 CLOVES DICED GARLIC, 1 DICED ONION, 2 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK, 1/2 CUP FRESH LEMON JUICE, 1 TSP SALT AND PEPPER, 1/2 CUP EACH FRESH PARSLEY & DILL
SAUTE THE GARLIC AND ONION IN THE OLIVE OIL, ADD THE RICE & STOCK AND COOK UNTIL RICE SOFTENS. ADD EVERYTHING ELSE AND SIMMER 5 MINUTES.
