GREEK GRAPE LEAVES
INGREDIENTS: Bottled grape leaves, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 diced onion, 6 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup pine nuts, 1 cup rice, 1/1/2 cups chicken stock, 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp salt and pepper, 1 tbs mint, 1 tsp dill, 1 tsp fresh mint, 1 pound ground lamb
Rinse off the leaves and set aside. Sauté the onion garlic and pine nuts in the oil for 10 minutes, add everything else and cool.
Wrap in the leaves and steam for 15 minutes. I served with homemade tzatziki sauce. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me.
