INGREDIENTS: 1 PACKAGE OF ARUGULA, 2 THINLY SLICED SHALLOTS, 5 RADISHES SLICED THIN, DOZEN OR MORE SNAP PEAS SLICED IN HALF
DRESSING: 1/3 CUP OLIVE OIL, 1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE, 1 TSP LEMON ZEST, 1/2 TSP SALT AND PEPPER, 2 CLOVES CRUSHED GARLIC, 1 TSP HONEY, 1 TSP DIJON MUSTARD, 2 TBS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
