1/3 CUP ORANGE MARMALADE, 1 HEAPING TBS BROWN SUGAR, 2 TBS BUTTER, 1/4 CUP SLIVVERED ALMONDS
STEAM THE CARROTS IN A STEAMER BASKET UNTIL SOFT - ROUGHLY 10 MINUTES. WHILE THEY ARE STEAMING, SAUTE THE ALMONDS IN THE BUTTER FOR 3 MINUTES, ADD THE MARMALADE AND SUGAR AND HEAT THROUGH.
TRANSFER THE CARROTS TO A BAKING PAN, COVER WITH THE MARINADE AND BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES ON 350. STIR AND SERVE.
