SESAME GREEN BEANS
INGREDIENTS: 1 pound green beans, 3 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs sugar, 2 tbs sesame oil, 1 chopped onion, 6 cloves chopped garlic, 1/4 cup avocado oil.
Sauté the onion and garlic in the avocado oil for 20 minutes on low heat, add everything else and cook until beans are cooked to your liking.
Huge family hit!
