EDAMAME
INGREDIENTS: 1 pound fresh edamame, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbs rice vinegar, 2 tbs brown sugar, 1 tsp chili oil, 1 tbs canola oil, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1 tsp fresh grated ginger, 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds.
I mixed all the ingredients and heated them up until the brown sugar was fully dissolved. I poured it over the edamame and enjoyed!
