Muhammara
Ingredients: 16 ounce jar roasted red peppers, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 cup shelled walnuts, 3 cloves garlic, 3 ounces tomato paste, 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs, 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses, 1 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp sumac, 1/4 tsp salt
Put everything in a food processor and blend until smooth
Garnish with parsley, olive oil and walnuts
Serve warm or room temperature
