RICE PUDDING
INGREDIENTS: 3 CUPS WATER, 1 CUP LONG GRAIN RICE, 3 CUPS WHOLE MILK, 1 CUP SUGAR, 1 CINNAMON STICK, 1 TBS VANILLA, 1 TSP CLOVES.GROUND CINNAMON FOR GARNISH.
OPTIONAL: FRESH MAPLE SYRUP
Cook the rice in the water for 15 minutes, add everything else and simmer until liquid is all absorbed. It should take roughly 30 minutes. Stir often so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan. Discard the cinnamon stick when it is finished.
Sprinkle some ground cinnamon and/or maple syrup on top and enjoy!
