STEAK AU POIVRE

 STEAK AU POIVRE 




INGREDIENTS: 4 strip steaks, salt & pepper, 3 tbs butter, 1/8 cup olive oil, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/3 cup brandy, 1 tbs dijon mustard, 6 cloves crushed garlic, 1 tbs agave, 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives.

Put a generous amount of salt and pepper on each side of the steaks and press it into the meat. Sauté the steak on a medium high heat in the oil and butter for 4 minutes each side. Set aside.

Put the rest of the ingredients in the pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Cut the steak, pour the sauce over the meat and enjoy!
